1. Car location: Find your vehicle by checking parking info within the app in your reservation.
2. Vehicle status: Check to see if there is any damage on the vehicle before starting your trip. To report a damage, call our customer care team or send us an email describing the new damages.
3. Unlock your vehicle: When your booking period starts, tap the ‘Open’ button on your app. Wait until you see a green light on the windscreen. That means your vehicle is now unlocked.
If you have trouble, try the key card option (if you have one).
Open your glove compartment, take out the terminal inside it and follow the steps it shows. Once you complete them take the key from the terminal and off you go.
4. Start your ride: Don’t forget to use the vehicle key to lock and unlock your care during your booking. If needed, you’ll find a car park card on the driver’s sun visor to leave the parking.
